Hosting and security
Your site runs on our hosting with an SSL certificate, automated backups, security monitoring, and performance tuning. You never receive a separate hosting invoice, a renewal notice, or an expired certificate warning – that layer is simply handled.
Maintenance and updates
Email the change and we make it: prices, hours, services, photos, staff, promotions, a new service page. There is no dashboard to learn and no hourly billing for small edits. Larger scope – an online store, booking software, custom development – is quoted separately and never assumed.
Local visibility support
Included: keyword-aware page structure, city and service-area content, metadata, schema markup, internal linking, an XML sitemap, and fast mobile pages so your Google Business Profile has a solid site behind it. Not included: advertising budgets or ongoing link-building campaigns.
Domain and ownership
The domain is registered for your business and belongs to you. Your logo, photos, and written content remain yours. If you cancel, we transfer the domain to you or your new provider – there is nothing to argue about and no ransom on your own name.

What is a website subscription?
Instead of paying thousands upfront for a build and then separate bills for hosting and maintenance, you pay one monthly membership. Goliath Webs designs and builds the website, hosts it, secures it, maintains it, and makes your content changes for as long as you are a member.
Do I own my domain name?
Yes. The domain is registered for your business as part of the subscription and belongs to you. If you ever leave, we transfer it to you or to your new provider.
Is there a contract or a minimum commitment?
No. The subscription is month to month with no setup fee and no minimum term, and you can cancel at any time.
What happens to my website if I cancel?
Billing stops and the site comes off our hosting, because hosting and maintenance are part of the membership rather than a one-time purchase. Your domain, your photos, and your own written content remain yours.
How many updates can I request?
As many reasonable content updates as your business genuinely needs – prices, hours, services, photos, staff changes, seasonal promotions. Rebuilding the site for a different business, adding an online store, or custom development sits outside the subscription and we quote that separately.
Does the subscription include SEO?
It includes the on-page foundation: keyword-aware page structure, metadata, schema markup, internal linking, an XML sitemap, fast mobile pages, and location-relevant content. It does not include paid advertising or an ongoing link-building campaign.
