What happens right after I submit the form?
Your details reach our team and we email you within one business day to confirm the project, ask anything missing, and collect your logo and photos. Nothing is charged before that conversation.
How soon will my website be live?
Most websites launch within 3–5 business days once we have your information. The timeline is driven almost entirely by how quickly you can send content and approve the draft.
What if I do not have photos or written content?
That is normal and it does not block the build. We draft the copy for you to approve and work with what you have – phone photos, an old brochure, or a previous website are all fine.
Do I need to buy a domain or hosting first?
No. Domain registration, hosting, and the SSL certificate are part of the $99/month membership and we set all of it up for you. If you already own a domain, we connect it.
When am I charged, and can I cancel?
You are not charged until we have confirmed your project details. The membership then runs month to month at $99 with no contract, and you can cancel at any time.
