One price: $99/month
No setup fee, no contract, no "starting at". This page explains exactly what the $99 covers, what it does not, and what happens after your website launches.
What does the website cost?
A small business website is normally quoted two ways: a few thousand dollars upfront for the build, then separate monthly bills for hosting and maintenance – or a cheap DIY builder where you do all the work yourself. Our membership replaces both. You pay $99/month, we design and build the site, and we keep it online, secure, and up to date for as long as you are a member.
Billed monthly. Cancel any time. Your website is typically live in 3–5 business days once we have your information.

Is there an upfront fee or a contract?
No upfront build fee
You are not asked for a deposit or a design fee. The build is covered by the membership, which is why the monthly price stays the same after launch instead of dropping to a hosting-only rate.
No contract or minimum term
Month to month. Cancel whenever you want and billing stops. Nothing to negotiate out of, no early-termination language.
You own your domain
We register the domain for your business as part of the membership. It belongs to you, and if you leave we transfer it to you or your new provider.
What happens after launch, and what updates are included?
Launch is the beginning of the membership, not the end of it. Your site stays on our hosting with SSL, automated backups, and security monitoring. We keep the platform patched, watch for downtime, and keep page speed in reasonable shape as your content grows.
Content changes are handled by us. Email the change and we make it – new prices, updated hours, a service you have added, seasonal promotions, fresh photos, a new team member, an extra service page. There is no dashboard you have to learn and no hourly rate for small edits. That is what "unlimited reasonable updates" means in practice.
Work that changes the nature of the project – a full online store, a booking system, custom software, or rebuilding the site around a different business – falls outside the membership. We will say so plainly and quote it separately rather than quietly slowing your updates down. The step-by-step build and launch sequence is documented on our how it works page.
Who is the $99/month offer designed for?
It is built for owner-operated local businesses that need a credible website and local search presence without a project budget or a marketing hire.
A good fit
- Trades and home services – plumbing, HVAC, roofing, electrical, landscaping
- Local practices – dental, medical, legal, professional services
- Restaurants, shops, salons and other storefront businesses
- Realtors and independent agents who need a lead-capturing site
- Any business whose current site is outdated, unmaintained, or missing
Probably not a fit
- Large-catalog e-commerce operations
- Software products needing custom application development
- Businesses that want to self-edit inside a CMS every day
- Teams that need a dedicated in-house marketing department

What if my business needs more than the membership?
Most local businesses never outgrow it. Extra service pages, more locations, additional trades, a recruiting page, more photos – all of that is normal membership work, not an upsell.
When a request genuinely sits outside the scope – online ordering, a customer portal, integrations with your field-service software, or an advertising campaign with real media spend – we tell you what it involves and what it would cost before any work starts. There is no pressure to buy it, and declining it does not change your $99/month membership.

Pricing questions we get asked
How much does a website cost with Goliath Webs?
$99 per month, billed monthly. That single price covers the design and build of your website plus everything needed to keep it online: domain registration, hosting, SSL, maintenance, backups, security monitoring, and reasonable content updates. There is no separate build fee and no per-page charge.
Is there an upfront or setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee, design deposit, or build charge. Your first monthly payment starts the project and you are not billed until we have confirmed your project details with you.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No contract and no minimum term. The membership runs month to month and you can cancel at any time. We would rather earn the next month than lock you into a year.
Who owns the domain name?
Your domain belongs to your business. We register it for you as part of the membership, and if you ever decide to leave we transfer the domain to you or to your new provider.
What happens if I cancel?
Billing stops and we release the site from our hosting. Because the design, hosting, and maintenance are bundled into the monthly price, the live site does not continue after cancellation – but the domain and your own content, photos, and copy remain yours.
What counts as a reasonable content update?
Text edits, new photos, price and hours changes, adding or retiring a service, swapping out a staff bio, seasonal promotions, new testimonials you provide. Rebuilding your site into a different business, adding a full online store, or building custom software is outside the membership – we will tell you honestly before doing any work like that.
Are there any costs the $99 does not cover?
Advertising spend such as Google Ads, third-party software subscriptions such as booking or CRM tools, professional photography or video, and premium stock licensing are not included. Those are your choice and paid directly to those providers, not marked up by us.
Do prices go up later?
The membership is $99/month. If we ever change pricing, existing members are told in advance – you will never find a surprise increase on a card statement.
